What is the approval process to rent at The Milton Apartments?
The applicant(s) are required to submit a rental application, a copy of their driver’s license/photo ID, employment/income verification and pass a credit & criminal background check.
Are pets permitted?
Yes! The Milton allows dogs and cats. See our “Pet’s Corner” for specific details on our pet policy.
How do resident’s pay rent?
It’s easy! Simply click here or scroll to the top and select “Pay Rent”
How do residents submit service requests?
Simple! Select the ‘Maintenance Requests’ tab under the resident’s corner section.
Where do resident’s park?
The Milton Townhomes have two-car attached parking garages!
Where can guests of resident’s park?
There is metered street parking. Please advise your guests to watch the time on the meter to avoid ticketing or towing!
How are packages handled for residents?
The carrier will deliver your packages right to your door step!
